Retrofitted with New iCON CNC control, all new electricals, new LED lighting, new Y axis linear scales, new backgauge AC Servo motors and drives, and we can also install a new Laser Guarding system, making a reborn machine seem like a new modern machine again. (we can also supply portable, floor mounted NC work follower, which can be installed with any machine, as well as being able to move between machines)
Following our retrofit, you will have a very clean and tidy machine with control of all axis via a 17" touch screen interface which includes almost unlimited tool library's, program storage, plus simple graphical part input or standard angle programming operation and operator interaction.

Supplied with Icon offline program software, we do the commissioning, training and can supply new quality tooling according to need, subject to additional cost.
